The former fire station in Maastricht is now a creative incubator. Here you will find a drum school, a modeling agency, a music broker, a photographer, a design studio, the editors of a magazine and a bicycle workshop, among other things. The Fireman's Canteen, the restaurant, fills the space where the fire trucks used to be. Take a seat for coffee and flan or choose a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Brandweerkantine is the ideal place for bon vivants who are looking for a hip and authentic terrace outside the bustle of the city center. Freelancers and self-employed people do a lot of work at the old sink for fire hoses, which has been converted into a workplace.
